The Karya Bakti activity was led by Dandenhubrem 012 Mayor Chb Nur Bambang, S.ST, along with members of the Denhubrem unit and the surrounding community. The project focused on cleaning water channels around the Meunasah and painting the mosque. Participants could be seen working side by side, cleaning and painting the place of worship as well as the drainage system and its surroundings.
According to Dandenhubdam 012 Mayor Chb Nur Bambang, S.ST, conducting the Karya Bakti activity to clean the place of worship yields many benefits for the community. One of the essential benefits is the spirit of togetherness and collaboration that emerges as neighbors and communities work together for a common purpose.
"To commemorate the 74th-anniversary celebration of Hubad, instead of engaging in frivolous activities, we should work towards more substantial and meaningful commemorations, such as devoting ourselves to promoting the welfare of the community. This Karya Bakti is one such meaningful act that we can do," he said.
Meanwhile, the Meunasah congregation welcomed and appreciated the initiative undertaken by the Denhubrem 012 members. They hope that the Karya Bakti activity will continue in the future to help create a clean and comfortable environment for the community.
