Banda Aceh - Major General TNI Niko Fahrizal, M.Tr (Han)., Commander of the Iskandar Muda Military Regional Command (Pangdam IM), received an audience from the Special Study Data Collection Team of the Army Staff Advisors about the Penyangga Daerah Rawan (PDR) Battalion, Brig. Gen. TNI Wawan Pujiatmoko and Col. Arh. Fahruddin, S.E., M.Han. on Monday night (22/07/24) at the Rooftop Grand Arabia Portala Hotel.
The audience was about the condition, strategy, and operational plan of the Penyangga Daerah Rawan Battalion (PDR) in certain areas, especially those considered critical or strategic. This is important to maintain the effectiveness and readiness of the military unit in carrying out its duties there which is important in creating a conducive and safe situation.
Pangdam IM provided views and suggestions based on the conditions in the Iskandar Muda Regional Command. In the audience, he emphasized good collaboration between the TNI and the local community to create an optimal and integrated security situation.
In addition, he explained the readiness of the Iskandar Muda Regional Command to fully support the PDR Battalion formation program for national interests and security in the Aceh Province.
The special study activity aims to formulate concrete steps in PDR Battalion formation that will enhance effectiveness and objectivity in securing critical areas. It is believed that this could minimize security threats and potential disruptions in the area effectively.
The event was attended by several TNI officials such as Kasdam IM, Irdam IM, Kapok Sahli Pangdam IM, Asrendam IM, Aslog Kasdam IM, Aster Kasdam IM, Kazidam IM, Katopdam IM, Wasops Kasdam IM, and Wakapendam IM.
Pangdam IM and all TNI officials are enthusiastic about ensuring that security situations in critical areas are optimally maintained and integrated. Hopefully, the PDR Battalion formation program can be carried out effectively for national interests and security in the Aceh Province. (RED)
